Service Terms and Conditions

• Service Scope: We offer residential pest control and commercial pest control services, including specialized termite control. Our integrated pest management approach ensures long-lasting results for your home or business.
• Scheduling: We strive to provide timely service. However, factors such as weather or unforeseen circumstances may necessitate rescheduling. We’ll always communicate any changes promptly.
• Guarantees: While we’re confident in our pest control methods, we can’t guarantee 100% elimination of all pests. Our services are designed to significantly reduce and manage pest populations.Re-treatments: If you experience continued pest issues between scheduled treatments, contact us for a re-assessment. Re-treatments may be provided at our discretion, in line with our service guarantees.

Payment and Pricing

We pride ourselves on offering affordable pest control solutions without compromising on quality. Our pricing structure is as follows:

• Service Fees: Prices vary based on the type of service, property size, and pest issue severity. We’ll provide a clear quote before beginning any work.
• Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash.
• Late Payments: A late fee may be applied to overdue accounts. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing. Any changes will be communicated in advance for ongoing service agreements.

SMS and Communication Policies

• SMS Usage: When you provide your phone number through any of our forms or interfaces, you acknowledge that Urban Pest Control may collect and store this information. Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

• Service Outcomes: We cannot guarantee the complete elimination of all pests or prevent future infestations. Our services are designed to significantly reduce and manage pest populations.
• Property Damage: Urban Pest Control is not liable for any pre-existing property damage or damage caused by pests. We take utmost care during treatments, but are not responsible for any unintentional damage that may occur during normal service operations.
• Health Impacts: While we use EPA-approved products and follow strict safety protocols, we are not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues resulting from our treatments. Always inform us of any health concerns before service.
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for service delays or failures due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or severe weather conditions.

Termination of Services

Both Urban Pest Control and our customers have the right to terminate services under certain conditions:

• Customer Termination: You may cancel ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice. Any prepaid amounts for unused services will be refunded.
• Company Termination: We reserve the right to terminate services if you violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in abusive behavior towards our staff, or fail to pay for services rendered.Refund Policy: Refunds for unused prepaid services will be issued on a pro-rata basis, less any applicable fees.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the following:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues. Most concerns can be addressed through our customer service team.
• Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
• Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings will be brought in the courts of Fulton County, Georgia.
